My Garmin Forerunner watch works like a dream! :) I also have to schedule a doctor’s appointment for lab work to make sure everything is good. I’m trying to cut sweets for awhile, just to curb my appetite like I did with Soda, but it’s not going so well. :/ Hopefully, it’ll get better!
