I’m back at college and I’m doing really well! I’ve woken up both mornings to exercise, I’m making healthy food choices, and I stocked our fridge with healthy goods. So tonight I tried chobani for the first time. It’s a really healthy greek yogurt that is packed with 2x as much protein as normal yogurt, and still maintains low calories, low-sugar, moderate carbs and low or no fat. I didnt realize at first that the fruit was on the bottom so i ate about 1/2…
