If my friends want to eat cookies, I shouldn’t go crazy. If they say it’s okay to eat a treat every night, I shouldn’t because I know my body doesn’t work that way. I have to focus on myself. Other people want to go crazy, so be it. I won’t. This is easier said than done.

I tried on costumes and found out I went from large to Medium. My old jeans fit me again and I feel like I’m closer to my goal for May. I think signing up for my 8k will help too! :D

motivationforfitness: Something interesting I have discovered about local apples (aside from being a lot cheaper) is that because they are a little bit smaller, I can eat the whole thing. Like… the whole thing: core included. The smaller size means the core isn’t tough or chewy and I can eat it and just spit the seeds out. I like this. :D I’m on my 3rd apples of the day. Mmmmmm.
